Artist's statement:

I was originally going to do something very serious and earnest questioning the nature of direct address/vlogging in general. I really hate the didactic and sense of self-importance inscribed into something like a direct address vlog--there's nothing but the spectacle of the speaker to witness, and, more often than not, it's just poorly worded verbal diarehhea. But instead, I opted to do something that underscores the faults of a typical vlogger: narcissistic with unlimited resources. Isn't all international espionage just a symptom of a large ego?
